Radical Rest

Honouring your innate right to rest

Honouring your innate right to rest

A journey guiding you back to your centre - from the noise of the external world to the quiet wisdom within.

Radical Rest is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the ancient practices of Yin Yoga, breath, and deep rest. Each class is carefully designed to create space in both body and mind, allowing you to move from doing into simply being.

What You Can Expect

Yin Yoga - traditional or restorative
Self-lymphatic massage to support natural detoxification
Pranayama breath practices
Yoga Nidra or meditation for deep integration and rest

The Practice

These classes are shaped by my training in the ancient yogic sciences, which recognise the deep connection between body and mind. Through thoughtful sequencing and intentional pacing, each session invites balance, restoration, and deep inner stillness.

In Yin Yoga, we work with the fascia - the connective tissue that weaves throughout the body and holds both physical tension and the imprint of our lived experiences. Each pose gently stimulates different fascial pathways and energetic centres, encouraging release, spaciousness, and a renewed sense of harmony within the body.

To rest in a restless world is an act of quiet rebellion.

When we make space to rest, something profound begins to unfold. In the quiet, we remember that we are already enough. We cultivate radical self-love, reconnect with the wisdom within us, and begin to trust ourselves more deeply. From this place of self-trust, we gain the confidence to live in alignment with our intuition and soul - opening the door to a life of greater abundance, creativity, and love.
